 Recreation of original logo artwork as vector artwork and overall logo redesign. Design and layout of salon print materials.

Process

Their original logo was created using a very low resolution image of a painting, the abstract "flame" that appears in the Béla logo. The challenge was to keep the flame design in their logo and use only typography and a redrawn vector flame for the logo. I recreated the flame artwork in Illustrator and explored different typographic solutions.
